Is Data Path Valid

Description

Check if an F-Curve Data Path is valid (can be resolved).

An F-Curve Data Path that is invalid (cannot be resolved).

This filter requires the data that has the F-Curve to be used by a Data Type. E.g.: if an Action has an F-Curve and the action has zero users, the filter will skip checking this F-Curve.

This is because the validity of a data path is determined if it can be resolved from the data that uses the Action.
